Shiatsu
Hannah Currant has been practicing Shiatsu for 10 years, and trained with the Bristol School of Shiatsu.
“Shiatsu is a safe, clothed, form of body work, where I work with the client to re-balance energies within the body, releasing tensions where there has been a build-up, or restoring energies where there has been depletion.
Each session is a completely individual experience for the client, and I work intuitively to support, nourish and engage with the client; to meet them in the most appropriate way for whatever is going on for them in that moment.”
“Sessions with Hannah were totally professional, energizing, profound, and moving. She demonstrated a real natural ability to connect 'mind, body and soul. Hannah was wonderfully empathetic to issues raised and supportive through sessions and I have thoroughly enjoyed and benefited from Hannah's work.”
K.Arnold – Health Visitor
“Receiving regular shiatsu treatments from Hannah proved to be beneficial in many ways. Her gentle questioning at the beginning of each session helped me reflect on my condition and how I had been since the last session; developing my own awareness of my body and health in relation to my lifestyle and stress; encouraging me to take responsibility for my own wellbeing rather than relying on fixes from others. The physical experience was safe, relaxing and varied, responding effectively to specific issues with noticeable results from week to week, building up my faith in the Shiatsu process. I have no hesitation in recommending Hannah as a competent practitioner.”
