Psychotherapy
Core Process Psychotherapy is a contemplative form of psychotherapy
informed by Buddhist principles and western psychology.
By bringing awareness to present experience through thoughts, emotions,
bodily sensations and beliefs, you are invited to explore how your past
influences your present. This awareness supports understanding and
creates the potential for change and wellbeing.
I
offer a space where you can bring struggles, joy, unhappiness, anger,
disappointment or just the desire to understand yourself better.
I
have had a career in scientific research and teaching before having a
shiatsu practice and running a day care unit for adults with a severe
brain injury. For over 6 years I have been responsible for managing and
developing therapeutic programmes for people living with life-limiting
illness with spirituality and care for the whole person being the
central focus.
To book a free initial meeting call: 0117 951 7878. I am offering
sessions at a reduced rate as I am a senior student working towards
graduation and accreditation at the Karuna Institute, Devon.
