Thermo-auricular therapy (Hopi ear candling)
Sarah studied Holistic Therapies in Nottingham, where she gained Diplomas in Anatomy & Physiology, Holistic Therapies, and Indian Head Massage; and a Certificate in Hot Stone Massage. She was attuned to Reiki Level 1 in June 2006, Level 2 in February 2007, and Reiki Master/Teacher in March 2008. She has also taken professional training in Hopi Ear Candling, Advanced Massage Techniques, Massage & Essential Oils in Pregnancy & Childbirth, Thai Foot Massage, and Holistic Facials.
She is a member of the International Council of Holistic Therapists (ICHT) and the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).
In addition to her formal qualifications, she attends seminars and workshops on a regular basis to broaden her professional and personal knowledge, some of which include: Meditation & Visualisation, Crystal healing, Chakra balancing, Shamanic journeying, Baby massage, Hypnotherapy, Natural cosmetics, and Nutrition.
Sarah works at The Healing Rooms on various days of the week and also offers treatments to clients in the comfort of their own homes.
